No Cash Refunds: All services are final sale. Instead, the salon offers a repair/redo window.

Fix Period: Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days, and 7 days for dipping powder or acrylic enhancements.

Complimentary Repairs: Any chips or lifting occurring within the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge, provided the damage was not caused by misuse, for example the nail breakage caused by improper use, rather than by the nail polish itself.

Appointment Policy

Grace Period: Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Please notify the salon if you are running behind.

Abbreviated Services: Arriving between 10 to 15 minutes late may result in an abbreviated service (e.g., skipping nail art) to avoid running into the next appointment.

Rescheduling: Arrivals past the 15-minute mark will be treated as a no-show and require rescheduling.
